ALL-NATURAL DETOX WATER, also referred to as, Infused Water is hydrating… refreshing… thirst-quenching.. delicious, and oh so good for your mind, body, and soul. I absolutely love infused water and can attest to the wonderful benefits it can provide.
I am not really a “water” person, per se, but I knew I had to try and incorporate it into my diet somehow, so I decided to try infused water. Best decision I ever made. I have been drinking my infused water pretty religiously and I have lost cravings for sweet foods and drinks. I never thought I would live to see the day that I crave water.

WHAT IS DETOX WATER?
Detox water is water that is infused with fruits, vegetables and/or herbs in any combination that floats your boat.
BENEFITS OF DETOX WATER?
There are many benefits to drinking infused water. Not only is water the greatest creation on this earth, it is the greatest gift to man. Water naturally cleanses and detoxifies the body by flushing out toxins and removing impurities from your body.
Water is a natural anti-aging and anti-inflammatory agent, it boosts your immune, respiratory, circulatory, and nervous system. Water helps to keep your bones strong, boosts your energy, increases metabolism, and naturally aids in weight loss. All of that and we didn’t even add in the infused ingredients. Imagine what happens when you add all the benefits of water with the added benefits of your chosen fruit, vegetable and/or herb.
The fun part is creating your own combinations that suit both your pallet and your health needs. In my article “Cleanse and Detoxify with “Super Foods” I discussed and listed the benefits of Super Foods, feel free to read that article to give yourself a deeper insight on the benefits of certain foods so you can make decisive decisions based on what you like and what you may need to incorporate into your diet. So go ahead and create a “Super” combination of your favorite flavors. In this particular article, I chose some of my favorite combinations – in my opinion they are all tasty and delicious.
Drinking Detox Water essentially makes you look and feel great. Just a friendly reminder as to why I personally love incorporating infused water into my diet:
- it helps to increase my water intake
- it flushes toxins and helps rid my body of impurities
- it helps to curb my appetite
- it helps to reduce any muscle fatigue I may be experiencing during a workout session
- it makes me feel refreshed and hydrated
- it promotes healthy skin and hair – you obtain a natural glow, smooth and hydrated skin
- it helps with my chronic digestive issues
- it is packed full with antioxidants and anti-inflammatory properties
- it is a natural mood enhancer and energy booster
The benefits of infused water is definitely not limited to the above because it all really depends on the combinations of fruits, vegetables, and herbs you decide to use.
TIPS:
